Ovisari ("the App") is an offline tool for daily planning, habits, journaling, weight and sleep records, and self-care support. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled on your device when you use the App.
The App does not offer account registration, sign-in, or cloud synchronization. It does not actively send the information you enter to the App's servers.
1. Information We Handle
To provide the features you choose to use, the App stores the information you enter or configure locally on your device, including:
- Daily tasks, habit names, and completion records;
- Journal text, weight, sleep duration, sleep quality, and notes;
- Roulette options and completion status for emotional support items; and
- App preferences, such as your default home screen and dynamic color setting.
Weight, sleep, mood, and journal entries may reflect personal lifestyle or health-related information. Please enter only information you are comfortable storing on your own device.
2. How Information Is Stored and Used
The information listed above is stored only on the device where you use the App. It is used to display, edit, and maintain the features you select, such as showing weight or sleep-record trends and retaining journal entries and habit check-in progress.
The App does not create user profiles, use your information for advertising, or sell, rent, or actively share your information with third parties.
3. Network Access, Permissions, and Third-Party Services
The App does not request network, location, camera, microphone, contacts, or photo-library permissions. It does not include advertising, analytics tracking, social sign-in, or third-party cloud services. Sleep-aid sounds are bundled with the App and are not downloaded from the internet while you use it.
The App does not actively collect or transmit your information over a network.
4. Android System Backups
App data is stored on your device by default. If you enable system backups on your Android device or Google Account, the Android operating system may back up some App data according to your device, account, and system settings. Such backups are handled by your device and the relevant platform services under their own policies; they are not uploads initiated or controlled by the App.
You can manage or turn off backups in your device settings. Before changing devices, uninstalling the App, or clearing its data, please decide whether you need to retain your information.
5. Children Under 13
The App is not designed for or directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the App does not provide accounts or server-side data collection, we cannot determine a user's age through the App. Users and their parents or legal guardians are therefore responsible for complying with this age restriction.

6. Users Aged 13 or Older Who Are Not Legal Adults
Users who are at least 13 years old but have not reached the legal age of adulthood where they live should use the App only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you feel unwell, distressed, or have an urgent need, promptly seek help from a parent, legal guardian, qualified professional, or local emergency service.
7. Your Choices and Deleting Information
You can delete individual records within the App. To remove all local data, clear the App's data in Android system settings or uninstall the App. If you have enabled system backups, retention and deletion of backed-up data are subject to your device and backup-service settings.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy if the App's features, data practices, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We recommend reviewing this policy after updating the App.
